All consumers can view bill, pay electricity bill and can do the related work. Mahavitaran company is providing various consumer services such as bill check, new connection, bill pay, consumer personal details updates, complaint and helpline service etc.

Electricity Bill View and Payment

  1. First, click the official website’s ‘Bill View/ Pay’ link.
  2. Then, in the Consumer Type options choose ‘LT Consumer’.
  3. Enter your ‘Consumer number’ in the box.
  4. Enter the captcha code correctly and click the ‘Submit’ button.
  5. Now you can view details such as the bill amount, billing month, due date, and consumption.
  6. To pay the bill, click the “Make Payment” button, check the payment consent box, and click ‘Pay Now’.
  7. Complete the payment process by selecting Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or another available method

Complaint Registration

  • Step-1: First, open the Mahavitaran official website from Complaint link.
  • Step-2: Enter your Consumer number on box, then showing the details of consumer.
  • Step-3: Select the ‘Service Request Major’ Type option (Power failure, Billing or Others).
  • Step-4: Again, select the option of “Service Request Sub-Type”
  • Step-5: Write your Request details or complaint on empty message box.
  • Step-6: Generate OTP and verify the OTP from registered number and submit.
